Inspire Dental Membership Club
The Inspire Dental Membership Club is a simple, in-house subscription for patients of Inspire Dental Wellness who don’t have dental insurance — or who’d rather not deal with one. For an annual fee, you get your routine preventive care covered through the year, plus a built-in discount on restorative dentistry like crowns and fillings. No deductibles, no waiting periods, no annual maximums, no insurance company in the middle.
It’s a payment arrangement with our practice, not insurance — which means it’s only available to current and prospective patients of Inspire Dental Wellness, and it works as a yearly membership for the preventive care we provide.

What’s covered, what’s not
The Membership Club is built around preventive care — the cleanings, exams, and X-rays that keep small problems small. It also includes a built-in 15% discount on the everyday restorative work that often follows preventive visits: crowns and fillings.
What it doesn’t cover — and where it’s important to be honest up front — is specialty treatment. Orthodontics, frenectomy, sleep apnea oral appliance therapy, airway-focused care, and cosmetic work like veneers or whitening are billed separately. Those treatments are quoted at the time of consultation and are eligible for our third-party financing partner CareCredit if you’d like to spread the cost over time.
The simplest way to think about it: your membership covers the maintenance, and gives you a meaningful break on the basics. Specialty work is its own conversation at consultation, where we’ll walk through what your case actually needs and what it’ll cost — with no surprises.
How it works
- Annual subscription. You pay your plan’s yearly fee up front. Coverage starts the day your payment clears.
- No insurance paperwork. No deductibles, no waiting periods, no annual maximums. You’re paying our practice directly for your year of preventive care.
- Use it at your visits. When you come in for cleanings, exams, or X-rays, your membership is automatically applied — nothing to file, no co-pay to calculate.
- Renew yearly. Membership auto-renews each year unless you tell us otherwise. We’ll send you a reminder before the renewal date.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Membership Club insurance?
No. It’s a payment arrangement with our practice for the preventive care we provide. There’s no insurance company involved, no claims processing, and no maximums or deductibles. You’re paying us directly for your year of routine dental care.
Who is the Membership Club for?
Patients of Inspire Dental Wellness who don’t have dental insurance — or who’d rather pay our practice directly than work through an insurance plan. The plan is exclusively for current and prospective IDW patients; it’s not a discount card you can use at other practices.
When do my benefits start?
The day your enrollment payment clears. There’s no waiting period — you can use your benefits at your very next visit.
What if I have periodontal (gum) disease?
The Perio plan is built for you. It includes 3–4 periodontal maintenance cleanings per year (instead of 2 standard cleanings) plus the same exam, X-ray, emergency, and 15% restorative-discount benefits as the other plans. Dr. Erica will recommend the right cadence for your case at your visit.
Does the membership cover orthodontics or frenectomy?
No. Orthodontics, frenectomy, sleep-apnea oral appliances, airway-focused care, and cosmetic treatments are billed separately at consultation. If you’d like to spread payments on a larger treatment plan, we partner with CareCredit.
Can I cancel?
Yes — just let us know. Membership fees aren’t refundable on a partial-year basis, but you’re free to use any benefits already included in your active plan year and decide not to renew.

Memberships are available exclusively to uninsured patients of our practice and are not a pre-payment for future services or payment for access to discounted services. Members are electing to make annual subscription payments for preventive care instead of paying at the time of each preventive visit. Payment for any cosmetic, restorative, orthodontic, frenectomy, airway, or other specialty treatment is due at the time of service. Membership dues must be current to access plan benefits. The membership cannot be combined with dental insurance benefits. Plan terms are subject to change with reasonable notice; current members will be notified of any changes prior to renewal. Necessary X-rays are determined by your dentist based on clinical evaluation. The 15% restorative discount applies to crowns and fillings only and cannot be combined with other promotions or insurance coverage.
