Does insurance cover KöR whitening?+
We're a fee-for-service office, which means payment is due at the time of treatment. As a courtesy, we'll file a claim with your insurance on your behalf — any reimbursement your plan provides goes directly to you. Cosmetic whitening is generally not a covered benefit, but we'll give you full cost transparency before you make any decisions so there are no surprises.
I've tried Zoom and it didn't give me great results. Why would KöR be different?+
This is probably the most common thing we hear. Zoom and similar in-office systems use room-temperature gels that have lost significant potency before treatment begins, and they don't address the saliva problem. KöR's refrigerated gel and saliva-sealing tray system operate on a fundamentally different mechanism — most patients who were disappointed by Zoom see dramatically better results with KöR.
Will I experience sensitivity?+
